Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-15
Postflow is a social media scheduling tool operated by CI Web Group, Inc. (“CI Web Group”, “we”, “us”). By signing
in to or using Postflow (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the
Service.
1. What the Service does
Postflow lets you draft, schedule, and publish posts to social media accounts you connect, and view basic
performance data for those posts. Supported platforms currently include Facebook Pages, Instagram professional
accounts, and LinkedIn profiles and organization pages.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Connecting social media accounts
-
You may only connect Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, or LinkedIn pages that you own or are authorized to
manage on behalf of the owner.
-
When you connect an account, you authorize Postflow to act on your instructions: publish the posts you create,
read back the posts and insights you ask to see, and delete or edit posts when you request it.
-
Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, including the
Meta Terms of Service,
Meta Platform Terms,
Instagram Terms of Use, and the
LinkedIn User Agreement.
- You can disconnect any account at any time from Settings inside Postflow.
4. Your content
- You keep ownership of the captions, images, videos, and links you upload (“Content”).
-
You grant CI Web Group a limited license to store, process, and transmit your Content only as needed to provide
the Service, for example to publish it to the platforms you choose.
-
You are solely responsible for your Content and confirm you have the rights to publish it. Do not post anything
unlawful, misleading, infringing, hateful, harassing, or that violates the rules of the destination platform.
- We may remove Content or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or the law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send spam or to publish automated, deceptive, or bulk content that violates platform rules.
- Attempt to access another user's account, workspace, or connected pages without permission.
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service in a way that could cause a platform to restrict or ban Postflow.
6. Availability and publishing
We work to keep the Service running and to publish your scheduled posts on time, but we cannot guarantee it.
Publishing depends on third-party platforms, which may change their rules, limit requests, expire tokens, or reject
content. If a post fails, Postflow will show it as failed so you can retry or fix it. We are not responsible for
posts that are delayed, rejected, or removed by a platform.
7. Privacy
How we collect and use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. To remove your data, see
our Data Deletion Instructions.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we are
required to by law or a platform, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination we will remove your stored
platform connection tokens as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied,
including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CI Web Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of
the Service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Continuing
to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
